Yes, we can usually help with that.
Comforters with pet hair, dander, or light “pet home” odors are cleaned through our regular professional process. If we see that a comforter needs a little extra attention, we may run it through an additional cycle, which can add a bit more time.
Most comforters are ready in about two days. If your item needs extra cleaning, it may take a little longer, and in some cases there may be an additional charge because of the extra steps involved. If there is ever a concern about very strong odors (like heavy urine or smoke), we will talk it through with you first so you know what to expect.
We clean a wide range of household items, especially comforters, which many people bring to us first.
You can bring in comforters, duvets, regular blankets, mattress covers, bedspreads, sheets, and pillowcases. We can also help with many decorative pillows. For very detailed or delicate decorative pillows, we may ask you to sign a simple form before cleaning.
We do not clean rugs, electric blankets, or memory foam toppers.
If you are unsure about a specific item, you are always welcome to ask. We are happy to look at it and let you know how we can help.
Both options are completely fine.
Many people wash their household items at home. Others bring them to us from time to time when they want a deeper clean, when the washing machine is not quite fixing the issue, or when they simply do not have the time to deal with it.
If you are happy with how things turn out at home, that is perfectly okay. If you ever decide you would like some help with the larger or more stubborn items, we are here as an option, too.
