Absolutely. You can tell us exactly how you like your shirts, and we’ll save it on your account. More or less starch, extra‑crisp collars, no crease in the sleeves, folded or on a hanger, we’ll press your shirts the way you actually wear them, not in “one standard way.”
First, we check the fabric and the type of stain. Then we pre‑treat by hand and spot‑test, so we avoid damage or color loss. We skip the harsh chemical blast. When a stain looks tricky, we slow down, pick the safest method for your fabric, and walk you through what to expect so your shirt gets its best chance at coming back clean and ready to wear.
Most shirt laundry is on a next‑day schedule. Drop your shirts off one day, and they’re usually ready the very next business day. Bring them in on Friday or Saturday, and they’ll be waiting for you on Monday.
Right now our shirt laundry process isn’t set up for true same‑day rushes. We want to protect your fabric and finish, not cut corners. What we can do is prioritize next‑day whenever possible. If you have something important coming up, bring your shirts in the day before (or Friday/Saturday for a Monday pickup), and our team will make sure they’re ready on time.
